--- i'll be there when you close your eyes ,. ( HOLD YOU TIGHT, SAY GOODNIGHT ) Jacqui plopped herself down under a nice shady tree and pulled out her Algebra II textbook. She didn't want to study, and her roommate was just making it more difficult. Anna had decided that now was a fine time to blast some species of rap, which could only be fantastic (slash sarcasm) for Jacqui's study habits. So, she had taken her iPod, textbook, and a nice friendly notebook out to the courtyard to try and figure how, exactly, a logarithm could be natural.
And so, we find lovely Jacqui sitting with her back to a tree and her red book propped up on her knees, trying hard not to throw her papers around and scream. She wasn't good at math, nor would she ever be. Any passing grade was the result of long hours of studying, not skill. And definitely not paying attention to the teacher.
